Hainan Association for Ethnic and Cultural Researches（HAECR） is a non-profit & non-governmental academic organization focusing on local ethnic cultural & religious studies. Its mission is to inherit ethnic culture of Hainan so as to promote its national spirit. HAECR has been actively engaged in promoting Hainan’s  ethnic culture & religious causes and promoting foreign cultural exchanges since its establishment. We are willing to establish links with foreign NGOs  in the fields of  ethnic and religious studies for extensive exchanges and cooperation for mutual benefit.
